水來了 Here Comes The Water

上周日整個病懕懕,不只什麼都不想做,久未發作的頭痛脖子緊也來參一腳!
Last Sunday was not a good day for me. I felt lazy and didn’t want to do anything. To make me more miserable, a headache built up and my neck joined force by stiffing itself to the extreme.  I haven’t had these problems for years!

喝水下肚約一小時,上述症狀幾乎完全消失。
It took me long enough to figure out why: I FORGOT TO DRINK WATER. Roughly one hour after taking my water, symptoms mentioned above reduced to almost none.

Due to it’s common presence and easy access, water is way too often ignored.

周六早忙剪接,只喝咖啡沒吃午飯;晚上吃10顆煎餃,也沒喝水。周日起來餓到立刻去市場覓食,又沒喝水。好啦,了啦,很笨啦!
Waking up late on Saturday, a cup of coffee in hand I started editing the audio part of an interview and skipped lunch. For dinner I had 10 pieces of dumplings and totally forgot drinking any water. Sunday morning I woke up very hungry and went to the market for breakfast right away. The thought of drinking water didn’t even appear. Ok, I know, stupid me!

水量因人而異,但請大家自我檢測:你一天喝水有到2100cc嗎?喝水喝對了,可能就不用那麼常去看醫生了!

早上起來先喝杯溫水,真的真的,真的好處多多!
